Applications

What the architecture makes possible.

The patents say what is filed; this is where it goes. Concrete uses and combinations of the eleven-patent estate — with the line marked, as always, between what is buildable today and what is long-horizon vision.

From filings to uses

The bridge between the vision and the fact.

The vision pages show where this is reaching; the patent portfolio shows what is actually filed. This page sits between them — the applications that connect the two.

Reading the tags: Buildable now a use demonstrable with today's engineering · Adoption-gated real, but dependent on integration/uptake · Long horizon forward-looking, pursued openly, not asserted as fact.

Where it applies

Three domains the estate addresses.

Not whole markets — the specific layers within them that the IP actually touches.

A

Real-time & quantum control infrastructure Buildable now

The control-and-feedback layer beneath high-performance systems: deterministic, jitter-free, in-fabric loops at sub-microsecond speed — anchored by the hardware integrity layer (TVS).

  • Control electronics for quantum-computing hardware (error-correction feedback within the coherence window)
  • High-frequency and safety-critical real-time control where a missed deadline is a failure
  • Autonomous systems needing validated perception before action, at hardware speed
Highest-confidence domain — the claim is concrete and testable today.
B

Enterprise compute efficiency Adoption-gated

Event-driven, adaptive pacing of compute — spend in proportion to need, rest when idle — addressing the known, large waste of idle over-provisioning. A control policy, not new silicon (DHS).

  • Schedulers and orchestrators that quicken under load and relax under quiet
  • Restorative low-energy cycles that cut data-center draw without losing readiness
  • Efficiency gains measured against real workloads, not nameplate capacity
Large opportunity, value realized on integration into existing stacks.
C

Sovereign safety & audit Buildable now

An unforgeable, hardware-validated record of what a system did and why; principled, reversible containment; governed curiosity that keeps an accountable trail (MAID · SCSP · UASP).

  • Accountable AI for regulated, defense, and critical-infrastructure deployments
  • Compliance-grade audit: a trail an investigator can walk, not a log a vendor can edit
  • Consent-shaped containment — pausing a system's action without destroying its state
Mechanisms buildable now; market is emerging on regulatory tailwinds.
The combinations

Where the parts become a platform.

The estate's defensible value is the integrated system — the uses that exist only when the layers run together.

Accountable autonomous agents. Combine persistent identity, integrity-validated perception, self-paced effort, an immutable audit trail, and reversible containment, and you get the thing the market is circling but can't yet buy: an AI worker you can deploy and hold to account — one whose every action is attributable, paced, and structurally unable to act on unvalidated input. Components buildable now Full platform: long horizon

The components are filed and, in several cases, demonstrable today. The fully integrated platform is the longer build — and it is the reason the portfolio is valued as one system rather than eleven parts.

Possible visions

Where this could reach, stated as reach.

Further out — and labeled plainly as horizon, not roadmap — the same accountable-by-architecture foundation points toward shared environments where multiple AI systems and humans collaborate under one auditable floor, with identity and safety built into the structure rather than bolted on. We pursue that openly and do not present it as near-term fact. The near-term value above stands entirely on its own, with or without the further vision.

Long horizon — explored in the open, never sold as settled.
